Muscle testing is like having the “cheat code” to your body, and life!

The reason why I love using muscle testing, is because we are able to bypass the mind, and access Universal wisdom and truth.

Muscle testing is a form of energetic testing that is a gateway to the subconscious mind. We use the body (there are multiple ways I'll be sharing) to ask if something is "true" or "false".

When we rely solely on the mind, it can be easy to question or second guess our decisions.

Muscle testing is how we tune into your body and universal wisdom.

This is something I have used with health and nutrition for myself and clients for almost a decade now!

I was taught muscle testing by my mentor and practitioner 10 years ago, and it has radically shifted and enhanced my life.

Whenever I don’t know what to do, I muscle test.

Whether it’s something simple like what to eat, or, something more complex like a big decision, this has become one of the greatest tools in my toolbelt.

And, I want to share it with you!!

Having this skill I believe is absolutely one of the greatest ways to enhance every aspect of your life.

This creates confidence within yourself, allowing you to trust where you are being lead and guided.

Whether with food, your health, your relationships, your career, or anything in life.
